Certain services of the Platform will require You to register and provide certain data. In consideration of the use of such services, in registering and providing such data, You represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by the various registration forms on the Platform; and (b) You will maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If You provide any information that is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We shall have the right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform.

6. Responsibility for Minors

6.1. For Minors: For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aminor shall mean any person as defined in the Terms. We reserve the right to terminate Your account if it is discovered that You are a minor and the consent to use the Platform is not made by Your parent/ legal guardian or any information provided by You is inaccurate. It shall be Your responsibility to ensure that You meet the required qualification. Any minor should seek consent of their parents/ guardians before providing any information about themselves or their parents or other family members on the Platform.

For Parents/ Legal Guardians: In cases where You have authorized a minor to use this website, You recognise that You are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minors access to and use of the Platform; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor.

7. Information We Collect

7.1. We must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, and market Our services to You on the Platform.

8.1. You must provide certain basic information (first and last names, date of birth, email address, and phone number) to register as a User on the Platform. If You dont provide Us with this information, You will not be able to register Yourself and avail Our services.

8.2. We may require you to provide Us with additional information as part of Your User profile for the purpose of providing You with Our services and certain features. Such information includes Your place of birth, gender, gotra, and nakshatra.

8.3. We gather personal information, only when voluntarily submitted by You to Us. We collect such information only when You register as a User on the Platform. You may visit Our Platform and browse through it anonymously without registering.

8.4. You further acknowledge and accept that We may use Your contact information to send You information about Our services. We reserve the right to contact You, at Our sole discretion, when We believe it is necessary, such as for account recovery purposes or towards intimation of a Pooja, booked by You.

8.5. If You make an online donation to Us through the Platform, no other details apart from your account details shall be required to process such donation(s) and to maintain record of any such donations made by You.

8.6. In terms of any purchases made by You towards availing Our services on the Platform, We do not store any credit/debit card information or any other financial information, whatsoever.

9. How We Use Information

We use information We have (subject to choices You make and applicable law) to operate, provide, improve, support, and market Our services. Heres how:

9.1. Our Services: We use information We have to operate and provide our services, including providing customer support; completing purchases or transactions; improving, and fixing, the services for You. We also use information to understand how people use Our Platform; evaluate and improve the Platform; and test new services and features; and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use Your information to respond to You when You contact us.

9.2. Communications: With Your permission, We will use personal information collected from You to send You information, such as updates, information regarding Your contribution, and additional news about our services.

9.3. Storage of information: All information You share with Us and retained by Us is stored securely on servers and used strictly to support You and efficiently provide Our services to You. 10. Third Party Information

10.1. In order to provide you with Our services, especially in terms of the Pratyaksha Pooja, We need to provide certain personal information pertaining to You with the third party temple partners so as to successfully provide You with such pooja service.

10.2. The information that We require to share with Our temple partners to be included in the pooja offering on Your behalf, shall accordingly include: (a) your full name; (b) date of birth; (c) gender; (d) gotra; and (e) nakshatra. This information shall be required by the temple priest, while making the pooja offering on your behalf.

10.3. You accept and acknowledge that We may communicate such information as mentioned in Clause 10.2 with the respective temple partner(s). Such information shall strictly be shared only with the particular temple partner whose Pooja services You wish to avail through Us, under Pratyaksha pooja. The same will be made available to You as live stream.

10.4. Please note that when You decide to avail the Prayer services for any particular temple, and We are accordingly required to provide them with Your information, as described under Clause 10.2, their own terms and privacy policies will govern the collection and retention of Your information therein.

10.5. In order to facilitate such streaming services for Pooja, We may use appropriate third party streaming partner as required. You accept and acknowledge that while accessing such streams, You shall be bound by the terms of such streaming partner.

10.6. You are requested not to use and/or access the above-mentioned service and/or any part thereof if You do not approve of, agree with and accept all the terms mentioned herein.

10.7. Every possible effort is made towards providing Users with a smooth pooja experience. However, We do not control the third-party Content of Our temple partners transmitted through live streaming as part of the Pratyaksha Pooja, and as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, or quality of such Content and/or for any unforeseen events which may occur at the Users end while accessing the live stream. Under no circumstances will We be liable in any way for such Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any such Content, posted, or transmitted via the Platform.

11. User Conduct

11.1. Certain services of the Platform require You to register. Upon registering, You will receive a password and login ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID and for all activities that occur under Your password or ID.

11.2. You agree to (a) immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security; and (b) ensure that You exit from Your account at the end of each session.

11.3. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this requirement.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that You shall not use Our Platform and the products and services thereto:

12.1. Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes.

12.2. Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any Username or email address, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically, promoting any illegal activity, or otherwise objectionable.

12.3. Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that exploits the images of children under 18 years of age, or that discloses personally identifying information belonging to children under 18 years of age.

12.4.Stalk or otherwise harass another User of the Platform or any personnel involved with the Trust, in any capacity whatsoever.

12.5. Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Trust official, employee, or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

12.6. Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that facilitates data theft on the Platform.

13. Managing Your Information

13.1. We store information for as long as necessary for the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Our services or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with legal obligations, enforcing and preventing violations of Our Terms, or protecting or defending Our rights, property, and Users. The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends on factors like the nature of the information, why it is collected and processed, relevant legal or operational retention needs, and legal obligations.

13.2. Deleting Your Account: You can delete Your account at any time (including if You want to revoke Your consent to Our use of Your information pursuant to applicable law) using the delete my account option. When You delete Your account, Your account details are deleted from Our servers, however, some of Your information that We need to operate and provide Our services is retained. Deleting Your account will, for example, delete Your account information and delete Your purchase history. Be mindful that if You only delete the App from Your device without using the delete account option, all Your information will be stored with Us for a longer period.

14. Retaining Your Information

14.1. We retain the data we collect from You for different periods of time depending on what such data is, how We use such data, and how You manage Your settings in respect of such data.

14.2. Data We keep for a long time: We may keep some of Your data for a long period of time (including after You have deleted Your account on the Platform). We keep such data when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud and abuse prevention, or financial record-keeping.

14.3. When You delete any data, We make sure that all Your data is safely and completely removed from Our servers or retained only in anonymized form, to the extent required under applicable law. We try to ensure that We protect information from accidental or malicious deletion, and this may cause delays between when You delete something and when copies are actually deleted from Our active and backup systems/ servers.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties/Refunds

The products and services on this App are provided on aAs Is basis, with No Warranties Donations or purchases once made are final, and cannot be Cancelled, Refunded, or Transferred.

16. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We, or Our affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on our Platform, even if Our authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage. By participating on the App, You undertake to indemnify Us and Our employees and subcontractors against any liability arising from any illegal and unlawful conduct by You on the Platform, and against all damages, losses, claims, and costs (including without limitation all expenses incurred in conducting or defending any proceedings) arising from any such conduct.

17.1. We access, preserve, and share Your information described in the Information We Collect section of this Privacy Policy above if We have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to: (a) respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, legal process, or government requests; (b) enforce Our Terms and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (c) detect, investigate, prevent, or address fraud and other illegal activity or security, and technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of Our Users.

18.1. We through Our Platform, do not rent, sell, exchange or share our mailing lists, nor any other information submitted to Us.

18.2. We do not provide any third-party advertisement on Our Platform. In future, if We allow advertisements on the Platform with authorized permission, We will decide on the collection of private information by third party or use of cookies by third party.
